Overview
Endurance Specialty’s Healthcare Liability Practice offers third party excess liability coverage for hospitals.
The Healthcare Liability Practice can provide either direct insurance or reinsurance to captive insurance companies and can provide up to $25 million of insurance limits. Attachment points are dependent upon a number of factors, including the locations and characteristics of each account.
Target Clients
Our clients are multi-hospital systems, academic medical centers and specialty hospitals such as pediatric hospitals. We target sophisticated purchasers who assume a large portion of their own risk, practice strong clinical risk management and claims management, and purchase large limits. We, like our clients, value long-term relationships.
