Endurance to Participate at NYC Bar Association D&O Conference

John Minett, VP & Counsel, Professional Liability Claims Manager – Endurance Services Limited will participate as a panelist at the annual NYC Bar Association D&O Conference on June 10, 2010. John’s panel, ‘Corporate Bankruptcy Impact Upon D&O Claims & Insurance,’ will focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 issues, bankruptcy as a risk management tool, whether the D&O policy is an asset of estate, claims handling issues and underwriting bankrupt and emerging corporations.
